The Art Shop.com is a family owned & operated business located in Melbourne (see home page).

The web shop is hosted by www. apphosting.com and the site is encrypted to level 3.01

The site conforms to the Victorian Office of Fair Trading guidelines on internet trading.

Privacy is of paramount importance. All clients, actual or potential, are assured their details will not, under any circumstances be sold, exchanged, given or distributed in any way to any other party.

All orders are accompanied by a Sales Tax Invoice, a Receipt + the transaction record from the credit card machine. This machine is operated in the name of Web Shops Pty Ltd.

No transactions are processed until customer orders are packed & ready to be despatched. Any backorders are fulfilled free of any P & P charges. All credit transactions are manually processed by us; we do not & will not use a third party i.e. Banks. Paypal is the only secure third party that is used. Therefore your card will be processed straight away with Paypal.

Regular Customers  A repeat order given verbally or via e-mail/fax automatically  confirms permission for Webshops Pty Ltd to retain card details & process.

Returns: No returns can be made after 14 days unless items are faulty. Items returned after this period will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Remote Locations ordering bulky or heavy items MAY incur extra freight, which is charged close to cost
